  12. So how long will they determine the booster shots are valid for on the digital cert? It’s getting a bit much now to be honest. Most people have both shots now and in most countries the booster roll out is going smoothly.

People have been talking about how this will become a thing since the start of the pandemic and the bootlickers assured us that all you need is to get the vaccine (2 doses) once and you are done.   21. I mean, free travel was one of the most important things the EU offered and a key part of the Brexit negotiations worth fighting over. Suddenly it’s been thrown in the bin?

    I’m sure people hope it’s temporary, but there seems to be no exit strategy at all to this, and when they offer one up, just as you reach the finish line, they move the goalposts.

    This would at least allow all to coexists without restrictions on the non vaccinated

  32. I don’t get the sentiment on this sub. Everyone was extremely pro vaccine and pro booster because if you aren’t, you are an anti-vaxx, Trump loving grandma-killer and if you say something critical about the vacinationsystem, you got downvoted to hell.

    Now everyone is against these structural vaccinations and suddenly can do critical thinking again. I probably still get downvoted for saying this because I probably gonna hurt some feelings with this comment.

  40. The second vaxx fucked me up way more than covid did! I do not want to spend another month being ill from the vaccine, let alone go through this experience every 9 months for the rest of my life. I never even took a flu shot every year, I never got sick with the flu and covid was barely a sniffle.

    Wait, so since I was vaccinated in August I’ve 5 more months before I’m just not allowed to travel unless I get a booster shot? Even tho I’m young, health, had covid and vaccinated?

  43. Is anyone commenting on the fact that confidentiality of medical records has been *de facto* abolished by this mandate? This is not a trivial change. From Nüremberg until very recently, medical privacy was considered a human right.

Like sure, I got the booster because I feel like, as a 20 year old young adult male, I should do my part in keeping my ass out of someone else’s hospital bed, but this is idiotic. We need a clear exit strategy to be defined and *respected*, otherwise idk if the EU is going to survive.
