The only way they will start to listen is if they do a full strike, no exemptions a full walkout and withdraw of their labour.
Yes people will die, however it’s at that stage where many more down the line will if they don’t start paying people with highly skilled jobs a wage they can live off. Not simply survive off at best.
Love the government protests of “but they earn 35k, that’s over the average in the country!”
Because that totally doesn’t highlight the overall state of inflation and wages not keeping up.
