I have 11,100(c. €20) in Argentinian Pesos from a recent trip. Given the high inflation they’re losing what value they have quickly. Rather than dump them, they’re free to a good home for someone traveling there. I work in Dublin city centre for any collection.

  1. I like to hold onto my spare cash and then I put then in the spare change charity thing with BA. If you’re flying with BA at some point you could do this?

  2. “Pesos? We don need no steenking pesos, senor! Dollars only gringo!”

Cue Once upon a time in the West theme music….

  3. If you’re willing to post them to me up North, I’ll take them. My cousin is married to an Argentinian and they’ll be away there soon enough.

  4. I was there about 18 years ago, and that money would have been worth about 4000 euros at the time (assuming it’s 10,200 pesos).

    Mad stuff.

  5. I’m actually heading there in a few months! Will be working in Dublin in Wednesday and Thursday, feel free to send me a PM if these are still available

  6. When I was in Argentina that would have been €250. Their inflation is crazy. I remember the exchange rate changing every week.

  7. Man I’ve been living here for 3 years and won’t be back home until end of this year, but being Argentinian this surely hurts so much to watch haha
