That middle one for sleeping seats is in the same car two beds next to each others, top ones.
I can’t see seats numbers on others, only that they are for second class so I guess maybe seats are not reserved and as long as you are in second class car you can sit anywhere you want.
From Przemysl to Kiev you have two sleeping places in 1st wagon: places 65 and 66 (upper ones).
Other two are just tickets for you both. All is fine: it is Polish rail system – the booked places are on a separate sheet of paper, that is all.
It is the middle ticket
Top and bottom tickets are fare. Middle one is seat reservation.
It’s for two adults, in men’s sleeping car. Seat 65 and 66 top level (sleeping places are like bunk beds).
Top and bottom are tickets, the middle one is for seats/beds.
