I honestly find these results of the poll more interesting than “which party will you vote for”.
I don’t understand why people think the cordon is bad or undemocratic.
It makes things crystal clear: these parties are not going to form a government with VB.
I think it’s much better than BDW’s “Chinese wall against VB”. I don’t believe him, once NV-A and VB are able to achieve 50% at Flemish level, I predict they will form a government and then shit is gonna hit the fan.
I mean the cordon is just an election promise, one of the few those parties actually kept.
I know I would never vote for a party that ruled with VB, not because of the cordon. But because of the vast majority of there program they actually stick to when in Parliament currently.
The best way to lower VB’s popularity is to let them govern. Then everyone can see that they’re just as bad as any other party. I dislike VB and everything they stand for but if we’re really a democracy then the biggest parties should be in the government.
