The earthworks contractor has given us an invoice of €120,000 for ground construction. Can anyone tell us if it makes sense?

Background information: The plot is 1,700sqm in Ammersbek and we want to build a house with a basement for living, private use. The ground is wet because it was a fish pond at one point, so we need drainage there since the house is near a pond which is why it’s always wet. There is a huge hole of about 300sqm that needs to be filled and the trees will be protected so they can breathe better when the hole is filled. The tree roots at the hole are exposed. If we have to fill the hole, we need a lot of stones and materials in it. Not sure what other information to give unless someone has questions.
