I have a curiosity and maybe someone here can help out. Today there were many many (and I mean MANY) scouts in Oostende and it can’t just be because of the good weather
I didn’t get to ask any of the leaders as to why they’re all gathered by the sea today.
So… Is it a local jamboree or due to the upcoming holidays?
