Trying to set up my tax return. From impots direct site I understand thay for individuals this should be same as CNS number. Problem is this is asking for a 11-digit number and CNS number is 13 digits. Where do I find this?

It should NOT be the CNS number. It’s in the last tax statement, and in the letter you received inviting you to submit a tax declaration. If you don’y have those, leave it blank.
Numero de dossier ≠ TIN (the matricule)
You will find it on the tax return from last year. It’s not the matricule.
