Is this price normal? I’ve been to NUMEROUS gynos here in lux, never have I paid this much for basically nothing the visit was centered on an annual check up instead of the painful issues I wanted to be checked for. NEVER have I seen a pelvic exam that laster 10 seconds cost me 173€.

  2. Seems expensive for an ultrasound, I checked and my last one (for pelvic pain also) was 82€ plus the usual location d’appareil etc. PM me if you want a gynae suggestion.

  7. I’ve been charged for a “personal talk” by a gastro once. This “talk” didn’t last any longer than a quick visit to any doctor. If I remember correctly, he asked about my life to evaluate if my symptoms could be caused by stress

I’ve replied to a comment, but figured I will also write here so you see it: the prices are normally standardized per code, and the code 8E09 always costs 86.5€, the doctor has no saying in that. However, you have the “N” suffix at the end, which indicates that the procedure was performed during the night hours, possibly as an emergency. This means that the price is doubled. If you think that this is actually untrue, you might have a case to contact CNS (you should be able to prove the time of the appointment). If you actually did go during the night, however, then yes, you pay double, and that’s all fair and legal.

  12. Crazy expensive and much much more then anywhere else. Never had to pay that much. This is not fair and just total rip off. But these kind of things are considered “normal” in Lux. Just don’t go to this doctor next time and leave some opinion online so people can avoid this kind of prices.
