Yes, Sundays are free (in red zones, but I think all of them are). So is parking at night between 18:00 (6PM) and 09:00 (9AM). There will also be road signs where you park, but you might have to walk around a bit to find them.
This does not apply to parking lots! Those are operated by companies who decide their own prices. This is only the case when parking in the streets.
