  1. “Hello people of Finland

I would like to send a lot of thanks for all of you having been on this journey with Käärijä until today

I also want to apologise for talking so much and loudly about winning and so on and did not get the win this time

I am bummed, honestly, a lot, but it’s the name of the game, the better one won this time it’s not bigger than that, life goes on and we go forward

    but, yeah, thanks to everyone”

  2. “You can always add egg yolks to carbonara, even a tablespoon or two of rich cream. It’s a matter of area, tradition and taste. Btw, you can break spaghetti too.”

  3. I’m not going to lie. The song was not to my taste at all, and I didn’t believe in it when I first heard it.

Nevertheless it is overwhelmingly obvious that so many disagree with me, and to see how he was played out by some jury like that makes me sick.

Music is a form of art that is performed to an audience. Käärijä did so, and the audience gave him an absolute landslide as a response. To me, there’s no doubt who was the winner of this year’s Eurovision.

I just hope people remember that when Sweden coincidentally gets to celebrate ABBAs 50th anniversary next year. Supriiiiise.

  4. “Parempi voitti” my actual ass. Even with the maximum audience votes POSSIBLE he would have been a point behind the soulless popfactory shit from Sweden, it’s not Eurovision anymore.

If literally every voting country supported him above ANYTHING else, he still would have lost. Doesn’t matter who the “Euro” in “Eurovision” loves best, when a handful of people inside the system get to pick the winner.

  5. Käärijä was so OBVIOUSLY the crowd favorite. He was the most original and Fun. The winner was sooo ho-hum (boring!) next to him.

  6. *”Hi to the people of Finland, I wish to send much thanks for being present for the journey of Käärijä so far, sorry for not winning even though I spoke of it loudly, it does feel bad, but the better candidate won. Life goes on as do we, thanks to all!”*
