  1. *Chad: Manolo found like this CD just lying in a locker, a locker floor, ladies’ locker. I’m like, “What, someone’s music or what?” And I come in here, and it’s these files, man. Talking about SIGINT and signals and shit and… “Signals” means “code”, you know. Talking here about department heads and their names and shit. And then there’s these other files that are just, like, numbers. Arrayed. Numbers and dates and numbers and numbers and dates. And numbers and… I think that’s the shit, man… The raw intelligence.*

*Linda: You should put up a note in the ladies’ locker room.*

*Chad: Put up a note? “Highly classified shit found?” “Signals intelligence shit? CIA shit?” “Hello! Did anybody lose their secret CIA shit?” I don’t think so.*

  2. While the document didn’t hold anything classified, OS. documents are still controlled by law and required to be kept secured.

Very stupid though likely a relatively harmless mistake. The worst thing to have happened is it being reported, I reckon the person responsible would have escaped with a slap on the wrist if it wasn’t but probably will be let go now.

  3. Missed these type of stories.

Nothing beat a good ‘left laptop/ usb/ files/ tape on the train’ like we had every other week years ago.
