Yeah. I kinda understand the law, but there needs to be exceptions for things like rape.
Rape is rape, no matter the age of the rapist or victim, and he should be sent down. More years for paedophilia and on the sex offenders register. Scotland has become the laughing stock of the UK
Considering 2 climate activists were recently imprisoned for 3 years each of course this should be challenged.
That sentence lives in my head rent free .. it’s absolutely appalling that someone committed rape and scared someone mentally for the rest of their lives and got fucking community service
Usually I prefer some of the things we do differently up here but this was just so far wrong It’s beyond
Honestly, I’m kind of okay with bringing back the death penality for anyone who rapes kids. I don’t think it’s possible to reform child rapists and I’m not sure they deserve it anyway. Apart from the obvious problem of proving it, I don’t think there’s anything morally wrong with stringing up people who rape children (and yes, a thirteen-year-old is a child and anyone who says otherwise should have their computer searched).
