Too much video games! Supposedly upwards of 80% of adolescents are considered physically inactive, and that was pre-pandemic.
(Heavily downvoted by inactive adolescents, presumably)
Excess weight and lack of physical activity lead to all kinds of long term problems.
I’m gonna put a lot of money on energy drinks and disposable vapes.
A lot of people do not realise that poor health in your middle age starts as early as your twenties. You do not have to be obese to be unhealthy, excess weight just increases the risk, a poor lifestyle is perfectly possible while maintaining a healthy weight. Poor diet, no exercise, binge drinking etc. You cannot really live like this in your twenties and not expect that to lead to some damage to your internal organs.
Found the one addicted to Monster and their fruit juice USB
Isn’t it important to at least mention the symptoms of hypertension/high blood pressure? They mentioned causes but where were the symptoms?
Take your vitamins. magnesium and potassium supplements, and eat your share of onions and garlic. And do cardio!
