Why do all skilled workers from the EU just not move to Switzerland?
Serious question btw, I don’t know. Salaries are high and taxes are low.
– Having kids easily offset the benefits of a high salary
– you need 2 high salaries to live the life
– real estate without a swiss inheritance is not duable
There is no skills shortage if they are not willing to raise salaries.
When will they stop lying?
Stop spreading the myth of this shortage. It simply doesn’t exist outside of the rotten brains of employers. Not a single statistic has proven this phenomenon to exist, it’s merely a media talking point pushed by employers to further reduce people’s salaries and benefits and increase profit margins.
