8 days ago on Monday I paid for the tram in Brussels with card and it charged me 7.50 euros, I was very surprised but I looked up the Internet that the amount 7.50 euro is locked and the rest will be refunded after 2 or 3 business days (https://www.stib-mivb.be/article.html?_guid=a0faf6a3-4e98-3810-4da8-80cff5834093&l=en), but until now I haven’t received my money back. What did I do wrong? I used the public transport only twice that day

  1. That depends on how many times you used it however. If you used it multiple times then multiple single tickets would have been more expensive.

  2. Are you sure you didn’t receive your money back?

    It doesn’t create a second transaction. The original amount is updated.
