Waarschijnlijk omdat +20.000 mensen problemen hebben om een afrekening te krijgen. Dat haalt het gemiddelde natuurlijk wel een beetje omlaag
I’m just glad I kept my cool and didn’t freak out when most of r/beligum seemed to be sitting in thick winter coats in their unheated homes while freaking out about the looming doom.

En toch behalen sommige bedrijven teveel winst

Well, my monthly prepayment is back to pre-panic days since a couple days.
I can postpone renovations on my 90’s mansion to go from EPC B (mostly due to solar) to A a few more years now. Break even is back to lets see..
105 years without subsidisation, 80 years with. (if all works really give the gain they claim to give).
Yeah… no… I’ll just wait a few more years to see if new technology arrives that makes it less intensive to redo my roof and windows.
