The bastion behind Hastings Garden. Near the house of four winds, overlooking Marsamxett harbour.

Indeed it is st Andrew’s bastion. And while the photo does look lovely, she is in a parking lot hehe. It’s a parking lot with a good view tho, true :). Just don’t go there expecting a nice atmo
It is in a parking lot, which I am not sure people are allowed to enter but it is easy to find
