  15. I saw a bunch of those in Poznań lately. I ain’t no expert but it looks more like LAPD to me than the NYPD

  26. Here in Montana you see these old cop cars parked in speed zones with mannequins in them wearing cowboy hats to slow speeding drivers down

  28. There is also a similar looking vehicle in wroclaw. Rockport PD from first NFS Most Wanted. Too bad I don’t have a photo.
