My visa has expired during the covid time and as all foreigns know how hard it is to obtain ur TRC and rejection from anything. My question is, I am allowed to go back home for a week and come back again ? Since we are still under the covid regulations. And is there a way to extend your visa within poland?

As far as I know, yes you can leave Poland and come back, as long as you’re within the time limit of 30 days after the state of epidemic emergency ends (which should happen on July 1st 2023). I know people who have used Temporary Residency Cards that expired during the pandemic to go visit family and get back to Poland. (I’m aware that TRC is not the same as a visa)
As for the Visa – as far as I can tell you can only obtain/renew a Visa when outside Poland. If you’re legally in Poland then you can request a Temporary Residence Permit. Please note that if you want to legally work in Poland then the process is more involved and complicated and just the TRP is not sufficient*.

*there are exceptions to this but they most likely do not apply to you.
It will no longer be safe
you could if you can handle the lack of safety while you’re here
