Hello everyone,
I received the attached and I am not sure on what to do now.
I am quite surprise that assimilation to a resident would not be in my favour as it allows me to deduct more stuff.

Bit of a background:
I am single living in Belgium.
100% income from Luxembourg.
I changed jobs in may with a +-15% raise.
I chose assimilation as a resident to deduct insurance
Since I started working I always file tax and got reimbursement.

Do I have to fill something else?

  1. It seems you filed form 100, while not being required and while not having the option to do so. File form 163.

  2. I mean, you just don’t make enough money for them to consider you for the deduction. The normal deductions cover you. You have to earn some thing like 100,000 for them to start caring
