You cannot get that in Finland. I went to neuvola and asked because my baby had It baaaad. They said no we don’t do that in Finland it will fix itself. It did fix itself once he started sitting up by himself.
As a matter of principle, you should ask your GP or pediatrist about this. They will then decide what treatment is adequate for your child.
Under no circumstances should you listen to the Internet for advice on what to do to your child. SRSLY!
