This is good news. But, does anybody know if there is an update or progress on tax relief on buying a new home (first buyers), to be increased from 20k to 30k? Is this issue tabled or even getting approved by this package? Or where can one check the draft legislations and their status?

CSV even wants to increase it to 50K. Big fat gift for higher income households as increases will primarily benefit buyers of more expensive properties
We will probably look back in a few years’ time an realise that this sort of tax credit merely contributed to the housing crisis. But what do I know. I’m just a helicopter
It’s 30k now. Bought a house a few weeks ago and received a form from the notary to claim the extra 10k. They have introduced this with retroactively as per March or something.
