Hello everyone hope things are going well , so long story short I am from Marokko and I found out about the makeitingermany website which discuss how can a foreigner from “3rd world” get to work in Germany, I fall under it-specialist and according to what is mentioned in order to get a work visa I will have to pass these criterias :
– German recognized degree : I hold a state recognized engineer degree which is marked as H+ in anabin database
– at least 45k eur offer : I believe I can get this since I already have few years of valuable experience.
The guidance I need is regarding the job offer procedure, according to the website I will apply for the visa by myself just with the normal visa documents, a recognized degree and an offer , so my question is whether or not the employer would have to go through the paperwork as if it’s a normal visa sponsorship or they will just give me an offer letter indicating that I will get a job once am at Germany without taking part of the visa process ? , I don’t know if I made it clear, Thanks .
