The advertising of this is relentless- every ad break, and even ads embedded within the news bulletins. Virgin Media need to be told it’s not some sort of seminal media event. I get that they need to promote a show, but a show about a hospice will never attract big numbers- it’s upsetting and not something I think many people would want to sit down and watch as entertainment.
Why does the Irish media think the entire population has a hard on for misery porn? Remember on the Late Late Show them rolling out cancer patient after cancer patient on what was supposed to be light-hearted entertainment on a Friday evening. What the fuck is wrong with these people…

Having not heard of the show who else.thought OP was getting ads from virgin media while they themselves are in a hospice
I hate that continuity announcer for virgin , her voice grates me . It always sounds like she’s giving an order to a waitress under her breath in a restaurant ffs
