Ssshhh we’re the only ones going into lockdown and have restrictions.
I was in the Netherlands at the start of November. No one wore a mask Anywhere outside of the airport or the Rijkmuseum. A lot of shops didn’t enforce masks, we were straight up told in multiple ones to take ours off and that they weren’t needed. Lovely place but absolutely mad when it came to COVID

And they’ve had shops, restaurants, pubs etc. shutting early for a month already too. Surprising they have to go this extreme.

The vaccines are useless now so we should do the same thing with the addition of potentially no exercise limit and maybe a zero covid policy. This’ll be bad for the economy but the economy is dead anyway so fuck it
Fucking Gubermint – it’s their fault!
For context, the vaccination rate in the Netherlands is quite low, they are fanatically non compliant with even basic precautions like mask wearing, have been wide open for months and months with both those factors in play and will most likely riot for a few days now.
