Is there any wild life control Organisation in Germany? This racoon comes to my friends house everyday and I’ve noticed he is in poor condition.He might spread disease to people . I live in Leipzig , thanks in advance .

1. Most peobably Ordnungsamt or even police. They will hopefully know what to do.
   Maybe Leipzig has a Stadtjäger (hunter) who is responsible. A racoon is normally hunted with traps (only non lethal traps in germany).
   Racoons are an invasive species in germany and cabt count on mercy (at least when they have Jagdzeit (hunting times)).
