I don’t understand why people are allowed to keep their home in this circumstance.
Surely they should sell it ?
According to this sub, she would only get this treatment if she was a GAA Player… Who are apparently immune to debt/ prosecution.
Article doesn’t mention which county she played for though, how odd.
If I tried this, I’d lose my home yet everyone else seems to manage to hang on to their home.
If you can’t pay your debt off of that magnitude you should never be allowed to borrow again
