Howdy neighbors! Inspired from another post I made here, I made my first Принцеси using 100% bulgarian ingredients.

  2. Honestly I don’t know man….. its not about the look bro, but the taste is the key. I first have to try em then I can decide for sure.

    It looks incredible though, I got hungry by looking at them.

  4. Put some butter, svinska mas or margarine before the meat and some cheese on top like kashkaval, gouda, cheddar to melt. For toppings i would suggest spicy sauce and mayo and sharena sol, cumin and a lot of black pepper for spices!

  5. Looks tasty, but I’ve to try them first 😉 Also you didn’t forget to mix several eggs into the minced meat, did you? 🙂

  6. Maybe next time a bit less filling per slice of bread and the kashkaval should be grated and mixed with the minced meat.
