1. Sorry I’m a flop and I don’t speak Lithuanian but here are some further details if anyone cares:

   •Televote results for 2013 were never published as Azerbaijan cheated that year

   •Placements aren’t scaled to how many countries were competing in each year

   •Juries were introduced in 2009
