  2. Someone should get Neale Richmond on the case so he can organise a meeting with Irish landlords and ask, nicely, that they stop profiteering during a housing crisis. It worked so well with the supermarkets, it’s a fool proof plan! /s

  3. Combination of rising interest rates means new properties aren’t being bought to rent out as much, and RPZ capping increases of existing units, possibly?
