   Ok it’s about paint only, so don’t ask anyone who do salaoja. They’ll sell you salaojaremontti. For surface & paint no special competence needed.

3. If you mean the hole between bricks, that’s supposed to be like that.

4. You know that cap is ventilation. It’s supposed to be like that or otherwise your house will rot and get mold.

5. People who do painting also do the base layer if necessary, or if you WANT to have the surface smoothed, it can be skipped.

6. Fescon SOL and Yki sokkelimaali as paint on top. Easy. About 100€ with the tools.

7. It only needs paint. Your terrace boards are mounted wrong way, there should be about 1 cm gap between boards and wall.

8. The gap is for ventilation. It is needed.

9. Looks nice job to get started with renovation work if you have no prior experience. Smoothing the biggest craters out with some cement is not a big job and it doesn’t have to be smooth as silk anyways. Then just some good sokkelimaali on top of that and you are done.

13. Basic building contractors. Some vendors might specialize in sokkeli but it’s not a specialty per se.

    What do you need to do with it? If it’s paint you want you get sokkelimaali and paint it.
