High Court suspends former Fianna Fáil mayor Ed O’Brien from practising as a solicitor

  1. If he couldn’t do his job as a solictor due to issues those issues would surely apply to them stopping him doing his job as a public representative

  3. It’s extremely rare and difficult to be struck off as a solicitor for being shit at it.

    Typically it’s robbing client money that gets you struck off.
