Is that a cycle highway just like everywhere in the Netherlands? This is great!
F105 between Mol and Geel?
my only complaint about these cycle paths is the total lack of sound barriers, everytime a train goes by its deafening and ruins the pleasure
Love it
Long live fietssnelwegen. Did the Antwerpen-Duffel-Antwerpen last Thursday to test out my new bike and I was surprised how good the connection was. Safe, easy to follow, cool sights and I did the 36km trip in no time.
In a region that’s the size of a postage stamp, highways like this are amazing.
Give it 8 months. They’ll open it up for a fiber cable and leave it open for 24 months.
Here in Wallonia we also have some vibrating surface like the markings on the edge of the path in the picture, except it’s integrated into the entire bike path in the form of rough derelict concrete slabs from the 80s covered in gravel, branches and glass. We’re always one step ahead!
Wacht, een asfaltweg zonder gaten in België? Mijn Nederlandse mind is blown.
Love it! Great cyclepath belgium 🙂
Antwerp Province has been building some excellent cycling infrastructure.
Weirdest boner in my life
unfortunately, a lot of dangerous road crossings
Finally railroads?
Good initiative, only if people would keep themselves to the rules so everyone can enjoy cycling there.
Hell yeah! Fiestostrades are great!
That’s a funny looking eenvaksbaan.
To expensive for what it is.
I don’t know, seems too long and too narrow for a decent game of tennis.

A nice bike highway besides a cool looking train track. Dear God I’m wet
Shame that you still have to give way at every road crossing. When you’re between towns it’s usually long stretches without them, but passing through it’s still start-stop riding even though they call it a “cycling highway”…
You never see cars having to give way for crossing traffic on the highway…
Love riding with my electric longboard on those roads! A bit of carving and sometimes riding at maximum speed (when nobody else is around).
Looks great for my SUV.
As an American considering moving to Belgium and trying to learn what is happening there…
What is this? Is it a bike path? And what’s so great about it.

Especially the crooked lampposts for those who remember [(source)](https://www.rtv.be/artikels/fietsostrade-mol-geel-afgesloten-voor-herstellingswerken-a102250)!
I mean the cycling highways are nice, but they could’ve upgraded the jaagpaden next to the canals too…
What, what is it boy? Did you take a picture?
Hahaha I’m just joking
