Unless your device can take 220V input don’t even try it. Most of these adapters don’t do voltage conversion so you’ll fry whatever you plug into it if it only works with 110V.

the one on the left no – u’d gotta show the one on the right
The upper one no, the lower one depends how it looks like on the other side. We use C and E type of endings.
