Ok so looking at it, he wasn’t going to be stopped anyway lol. She may (or may not) have not bothered to get the CCTV and put it in the report, but one way or another he wouldn’t have been in cuffs within a matter of hours of this PC visiting the restaurant.
The police being unwilling to investigate their colleagues is nothing new and no amount of lip service will change that.
