It seems that he is been doing it for a long time, I don’t know how, but I would like to see this guy being stopped. Nothing guarantees he is not doing the same thing in German also.

Talking about crimes: do you know that this kind of public manhunt is forbidden for private persons in Germany, especially if it comes with a photo? Even the police needs a court order for that.
