They were in a group of six who chased Alex in cars and on foot before stabbing him to death with a machete in a doorway when he left a restaurant in Great Portland Street near Euston on August 12, 2019.
Monteiro, who raps as Suspect, and Mohamud, known as Swavey, posted videos online mocking their victim and celebrating his killing.
The pair fled to Kenya but were arrested in Nairobi last year and extradited.

Drill is the music of uk incels. Has nothing on grime or garage and is full of the worst of society unlike grime & garage.
The funny thing is all these “hard men” wouldn’t last a fucking day laying tarmac or labouring for brickies.
What fucked up ‘culture’
A few years back when it became widespread I used to very slightly subscribe to the narrative that all the drill rappers were presenting. The narrative of “it’s a way to show our struggles and tell people what life on the street is like”. I listened to it for a while as well cos I like the UK dub style sound and a lot of the beats were cool.
I now firmly believe that is total bullshit. It’s a way to brag about heinous crimes and is a scourge on the music scene. Majority of the lyrics and videos are a disgrace and speak nothing of struggle besides the struggle to chase after someone and stab them. Which is a fucking shame cos some of them are genuinely talented rappers wasting their potential on being shit humans.
It’s also impossible to pretend that it isn’t a race issue. For young black boys in the UK, these guys being mainstream role models is an absolute nightmare. For a lot of boys, role models are no longer artists like Stormzy or Dave who have done so much for UK black culture, it’s these guys they look up to instead. It’s genuinely devastating to think of the disproportionate amount of black mothers that are losing their kids to stabbings every single day, and it’s fuelled by this stupid music. I don’t have the solution but government needs to stop fucking about and do something. Investment into the children in at risk areas is one idea, e.g. if a kid is musically talented, give them the facilities to develop it into something other than drill rap.
I’ll leave you with a quote from a song by OFB called “BLM”, about police brutality in which they say: “Just because we kill off each other don’t give you an excuse to do it too”. What kinda attitude is that?

Most are living in socal housing and familys do it even home the homes there in . .
So what are they fighting for the local mp’s and councillors.
Which most home there homes paid for by the sits and public sector jobs they have.
So there having wars killing each other for a postcodes for what.
These chidren need education.
Knife crime is very real, and many kids don’t wish to carry knifes but are scared and it’s been normalised for them.
But education needs teach them , tv ads explaing your parents don’t own there homes so your representing what a postcode to pay for your local council and authorities chef’s and mp’s mortgages.
We pay council tax on our postcodes we don’t get paid for reping anything.
Your not a bad man for getting a 20 or 25 year sentence.
The day you get arrested you will regret it, and most that’s are away in prison for these postcode knife crimes will tell you they acted out of fear.
And you would be better off going to collage and university something they will never be able to do as most will be in there 30s when realised from prison .
Again they need more information about postcode on socail media platforms like tick tok and instergram but people they look up to and can relate to like the grime and drip artists .

Well now they are repping there government on a wing with 24 hour bang up for the next 20 years .
Again the pm needs to have more information on socail media about from people they see as role models and can relate to.
But any teen reading this go collage get a degree and a mortgage and represent your postcode in a positive way by owning your home.
By paying a mortgage for your self and your parents buying there social housing property under the right to buy with a huge discount or shared ownership educate the teens on right to buy and shared ownership and credit ratings give them something to work towards.
