Had the same in my street. Was a mystery until a neighbour discovered a birdseed ball in the tree above the plant. Was a fun subject to talk about with the neighbours until one night someone stole the plant.
Just legalise the fucking plant
I think it’s much more likely that this plant was a non-psychoactive hemp plant if it came from birdseed. Nobody is going to sneak decent cannabis seeds in there.
