  1. CEO: You haven’t done a good job because, according to our auditors, it is difficult for them to connect transaction history.
Ah, I can see where this is going, CFO…
    The CEO: Mmmhmm
CFO: Unrelated to this, I’ve been considering spending more time with my family. Would that be preferable to you firing me?
    the CEO nods
Okay, I’d like to resign for personal reasons (so that I might be able to work again in the future).

  2. # LISTEN NOW WITH YOUR BDO AUDITOR I have no knowledge of this subject; stop making me feel foolish with your acronyms.

  3. That was close, there was a recruitment agent desperate to get hold of me about a job at revolut a few months back but I only saw the linkedin messages last week.

  4. I have always gotten a lot of good usage out of Revolut, I hope it continues to provide an excellent service for people who want to move money around outside of the traditional banking system.

  5. Wasn’t he complaining other week in the times that the government weren’t letting them do everything they wanted ?

  6. Revolut is so sus.

But a lot of people keep pushing it on Reddit.

I think they are paid to do so.

Anyone who puts money with Revolut should know they risk losing it all.

  7. We have already seen two US banks and one European bank bailed out. China is still barely keeping its real estate market going and Russia has been crippled by sanctions. Stories like this have me convinced that we are on the precipice of another financial crisis, one that will almost certainly be here by next Christmas.

I’m normally a thrifty and frugal guy, however I have decided to take my ‘once in a lifetime’ holiday next year because I doubt I will be able to justify the costs after another severe crisis. Millennials like me are not retiring or owning homes to the same extent previous generations did. With wages stagnating still and banks being encouraged to take bigger risks by the Tories, I might as well enjoy myself in the comparatively good times while they last.
