With corruption and petty abuses of power rife among the PCCs, will we see the same corruption if a mayor has the PCC’s powers, or will mayors be less corrupt?
How about neither of them. If you open it up to politics, you make policing political.
Why do we need anyone? Twitter and most of reddit say police are bad regardless of the investigation, so let’s not waste money
