  2. Also means they enter employment at an later age. In Slovenia, in 2 decades, the average age of first employment has gone up from 22 to 25 years and the average age of employees has risen from 39 to 42 years (also due to the fact that women’s retirement requirements are now the same as for men)

  3. In Poland you have no choice. You are born to this world with most likely no family heritage / wealth, no option to do what you like for living like a hobby or passion. All you have is education. Everyone else just leaves the country and work on the production line abroad.

    Ofc educated people also leave as biggest economies brain drain whole world, but it’s the same everywhere I guess.
