Like the title states, I’ve had this jersey hanging up in a room in my house for the past 15 years. Yes I have a connection to the player that wore the jersey, a relative by marriage.
I also found a small amount of Litas in a desk drawer from the last time I visited your beautiful country.
It is very nostalgic for me, so I thought I’d share 🙂

The team has been renamed to Vilniaus Rytas. But yeah, in the early 2000s, that team was legit and gave a good competition for Zalgiris for the title. It was peak Lithuanian basketball. There was a time when they even played in Euroleague also.
