Cyrillic can eat shit, with its Russian masters.

Happy holiday to the other Cyrillic users around the world!
It’s cool to have a writing system that’s tailored for your own language.
Also people forget how cool were Bulgarians before other were being cool. As a small nation, they were quite successful, until being outnumbered by a more successful tribe of that time.
As a Romanian I have a good view of Bulgaria, and language difference aside I feel very close to them. Most of our history we’ve shared the same shit.
I like the fact a lot of countries are slowly transitioning to the latin alphabet.
Nothing against Bulgaria or their inventions. I simply think the latin one is prettier and easier to use, also widespread throughout the world.
Us in North Macedonia also celebrate this holiday as the day of All-Slavic educators Ss. Cyril and Methodius, the day of the Slavic literacy and Cyrillic alphabet. I wish you would have mentioned our country as well as the governments have came to an agreement to celebrate the holiday and give respect together. But as always, since we are the less powerful country nobody really has the power to say anything. In any case, happy holiday Bulgarian friends! ❤️🇧🇬🇲🇰
Call me paranoid, but this looks suspiciously similar to the Goethe & Schiller statue infront of the National Theatre in Weimar…
