The point of the ticket is that it is cheaper then a regular ticket in the week would be. And yes, it´s only for one day
From A to B valid on day of purchase only. Return back from B to A valid on the last day of the weekend-period. Weekend is usually extended such with as next monday holiday. The ticket will always mention this date.
The outward journey has to be on the day you bought the ticket, the return can be on any day of the weekend.

“Vous pouvez effectuer le voyage aller le vendredi à partir de 19h00 (il s’agit de l’heure réelle du départ du train : train en
retard peut être emprunté à partir de 19h00), le samedi ou le dimanche, à la date mentionnée sur le ticket, et ceci jusqu’à
l’interruption de nuit* du service des trains.
Le voyage retour peut être effectué le vendredi après 19h00 (il s’agit de l’heure réelle du départ du train : train en retard
peut être emprunté à partir de 19h00), le samedi ou le dimanche. Le ticket est également valable les jours fériés et
certains jours de pont (voir calendrier ci-dessous).”
So for the outward journey it has to be on the date printed on the ticket (friday from 19:00, saturday, sunday all day)
Return journey can be any moment from friday 19:00 to end of service sunday (or selected holidays /long weekend).
