so i went to the bathroom and i saw this huge fat spider in the corner of the ceiling right above my shower and now i am deeply afraid of taking a shower, how can i best get rid of this monster and which species is it? i’m located in vienna if that’s any help (sorry for potato android quality)

  1. How about you make a picture that isn’t just a black grainy blob?

    Anyway just vacuum it up if you’re afraid. There are no dangerously poisonous spiders here.

  2. It’s just a big black blop, i would be surprised if anybody could identify it. (Must likely thekla, but hard to say). There are no venomous spiders besides kreuzspinne, as far as i know, in vienna. Even them are harmless. They have a cross on their back.

    To get rid of them: put a cup over them, something sturdy under them, throw them out the window or release them somewhere nicer than your bathroom

  3. From what I can see, this is a piece of lint.

    Also, what does the terrible picture quality have to do with Android? The best and worst cameras are on Android phones. The phone’s operating system has nothing to do with it’s camera quality.
