The host is often questioning the about allowed quantity(50g). According to him is dealer quantity, So it should not be allowed. Do they even hear themself? Like I can buy 10 bottels of hard Alcohol, but I don’t see anyone questioning if I am going to die of overdrinking.
There are many point like price, age limit below 25, black market and all of the point they are saying are quit illogical. Do they really not understand the whole point of legalisation is to increase safty for it’s user! It to protect the user, from black market, mixing, and quality control. I also don’t enjoy buying from shady people, and living under the fear of getting caught.
What really makes me angry is, I (we) pay this kind of shit TV. I was under the impression that Germany respect individual freedom as long as I am not hurting or creating problems for others. So why do they care if I smoke some Green.

The issue is EU law. If germany wants to legalize it then it must happen in a way that germans can’t just buy enough to resell it to people from other EU countries for a profit.
If you can get only 10g per month then distribution isn’t a profitable business because of transport cost and so on. But if you allow 50g then it becomes very tempting to just hop across the border for some extra income.
For alcohol that issue doesn’t exist, it’s legal everywhere so there is no need to prevent smuggling
