Major disclaimer: relative distance between populations is much much smaller than what you’d typically find for an individual. It is not a true average as in this is the average distance that a singular Cypriot would have from each respective population. For example:

Basically, if you are Cypriot, it is very very hard to miss from a genetic standpoint, since we are a distinct enough population from other neighbouring populations.

What calculator is this? Dodecanese are the closest to Cypriots on Global25 which is the most accurate calculator, unless you used outdated samples which used Maronite Cypriots to represent Greek Cypriots. Maronites are endogamous and are mostly Levantine.
