  1. There is no consistency and integryti in Chinas rhetoric, do they realize they are digging themselves into a hole and alienating their potential markets?

  2. What about the little island you claim ? You know, you have to also accept the reality of the situation and since the ROC control Taiwan, you should recognize them as an independent state.

Seriously, it’s the best way for the West to recognize Taiwan as an independent country and distance itself from China.

  3. I’m still a bit concerned that we end up with a “coalition of the unpopular”. Those nations that face sanctions will deliberately continue to trade with each other as it reduces the effectiveness of sanctions against any of them.

I don’t think China gives a crap about Ukraine or Russia, but this gives them a form of bargaining chip.

  4. No, and there isn’t a single thing China can do about it. They need us a lot more than we need them, sanctions on the level of what Russia received will completely destroy them, so they better learn to play nice and respect the sovereignty of all nations.

We have no intention of returning to a world dominated by territorial conflicts.

  5. Just lead by recognizing Taiwan as a state and we might reconsider it. Eazy peazy. (Maybe not though, idiot)

  6. Right now it is hearsay. Until CCP officially states this, we can`t entirely rely on it. If true, Chinese diplomats are absolutely terrible at their job.

“US allies in Europe should assert their autonomy”. This part is especially amusing. Imagine German politician asks about the war, and this guy starts with “Yankies are evil, you can`t trusts them, and by the way, give Putler everything he wants.”

  7. Chinese government doesn’t seem to be functioning properly, almost as if they’re a calcified hierarchy of criminals and sycophants.
