I’m not worried about the borders, I’m more worried about the giant serpent in the Black sea and the Dragon attacking Scotland
I think that our Soviet comrades have trouble in the Black Sea and imperialists in Scotland are getting attacked by a dragon.
I don’t think accuracy was a big objective here.
It could be painted between 8th of May 1990 (when Estonia as the last Baltic state declared independence) and 9th of April 1991 (when Georgia declared independence as the first Soviet republic outside of the Baltic States).
Or between 6th of September 1991 (when the USSR recognised the Baltic States) and 26th of December 1991 (when the USSR ceased to exist)
EDIT: East Germany is still there so it had to be painted between 8th of May and 3rd of October 1990.
I go here almost every day and I’ve never seen it – where is it?

The world’s oddest McDonald’s, arguably.
